Thaddeus Stanley Golas (1924–97) was an American New Age spiritual writer.

Golas is the author of the philosophical essay The Lazy Man’s Guide to Enlightenment (1971,) on the philosophy of being, combined with subatomic physics and Eastern Mysticism. Expounding the metaphysical paradigm that “we are equal beings and the universe is our relations with each other,” his book has been in continuous publication since 1971. It has been translated and published in French, Spanish, and Japanese.
