Chin-Ning Chu (1947–2009) was a Chinese-American business consultant and author specializing in business in East Asia.

Born in mainland China, Chu claimed to be a descendant of Zhu Yuanzhang, the first Emperor of the Ming Dynasty. She grew up in Taiwan and immigrated to the U.S. in 1969.

Chu was a famous consultant on doing business in East Asia. She coached many American academics, diplomats, and business executives on the Asian mindset and helped them with business strategy and negotiations. Her bestselling books include The Asian Mind Game (1991,) Thick Face, Black Heart series (1992–94,) The Chinese Mind Game (1998,) and The Art of War for Women (2007.)
